Tahera is the founder and managing partner of Ark Group Holdings and its related entities. Tahera conceives, directs and coordinates operations and developments plans for Ark Group Holdings and portfolio investment activity of Ark Funds. Tahera directly oversees all investment origination, debt funding and partnerships associated with Ark Group Holdings and Funds. In addition to her direct real estate development activity, Tahera has created successful healthcare enterprises and developed working relationships with high net worth individuals and institutions on four continents. She has an accounting degree with a CPA background and a double master degree in finance and marketing. Tahera’s insights into the integration of healthcare, real estate, and technology is unparalleled.
Candice De Peace

Candice directs all financial aspects of organizational, development projects and operating properties for Ark Group Holdings and Ark Funds. Candice coordinates all project level and investment reporting for the Ark entities. She is a firm thought-leader in business transaction structuring & tax planning.
Her technical expertise in complex real estate transactions, including tax consulting and the implementation of strategies for corporations, partnerships, and high net worth individuals is invaluable when consulting for Ark’s various projects taking into account the best structures for both sponsor & investor. As an ex IRS agent, and over 30 years’ experience as an attorney & a CPA, Candice brings a wealth of experience to the Ark Group.

Dr. Sukaina Jaffer

Sukaina has 30 years’ experience in the US healthcare sector as a staff member of major medical systems, including the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic. She is licensed in over 12 states & has vast experience of working in bigger hospitals as well as smaller rural facilities. Traveling to various states. has given her a deep insight into the challenges facing healthcare today. Her ability to develop professional teams focused on quality care and business acumen is the foundation for successful healthcare operating ventures.
Sabiha Dedhar
SIMPLEX BUILDERSCHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Sabiha oversees operations at Simplex Builders. Simplex is a dedicated construction partner of Ark Group Holdings. Simplex provides General Contracting for many of Ark Funds projects. As COO of Simplex, Sabiha oversees all legal and documentation of third party contracting, funding requests and internal operations of Simplex. Sabiha has 25 years’ experience in development and operations. She has owned and managed real estate and healthcare businesses. She is an expert in compliance and reporting for regulatory authorities and nonprofit organizations.
Narain Patel
Simplex BuildersDirector of Construction & Contracting
Narain manages contracting and construction of active projects of Simplex Builders including budgeting, field management, inspection and vendor relations. Narain has over 20 years’ experience as a hospitality sector builder, developer and owner operator. He directs the management companies associated with a 15-property portfolio of branded full service and limited service properties in the eastern US. Narain specializes in the mid-scale select-service and extended stay hotel segments.
